You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.

I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission.

I cannot claim the Intellectual Property (character/s) or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.

I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.

I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time during the commission process (With partial or full refund)

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected or unused sketches at a later date.

I will not draw/color in another artists style. You may send me other artists work as a guideline/reference to give me an idea of what you want, but I will not copy it.

I will not color/edit/alter another artists work without there knowledge and express permission to do so.

I will not draw another persons character that you do not own without the character owners knowledge and express permission to do so, even if it's supposed to be a 'surprise or gift.' (this dose not apply to popular public mainstream media characters from Movies, tv shows, books/comics)

Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for some personal uses, including icons, signatures, and personal themes as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries or accounts.

You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (character or characters)

You may Not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution (Selling it as prints, stickers on shirts or other merchandise)

You may Not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

You may Not repost it anywhere with or without credit or use it in any videos. You may Not use it for cover art or for ads.

You may Not edit my work even if you’ve commissioned me (ie altering the coloring or editing/altering the lineart.) All art delivered is final. I do not allow customers to make their own edits, or pay another artist to do so.

if you are reselling a character I have done art of, you may not charge extra for the inclusion of my picture. it is your commission and I consider it "reselling" my art. The new owner of the character may use it, but you cannot redistribute my art for money.

After the request and terms have been agreed upon: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.

I do not accept “written description” commissions. You must have at least one visual reference.

Sketch commissions do not have an approval stage. I will send you a preview of the finished work and you may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference before the final payment.

For larger, full color commissions, edits are allowed during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to add a $10 USD fee over any edits after this phase.

Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes.

illegal acts that violate any local, state, federal, national or international law, or that encourages or incites illegal activity. (ie. Sexual assault/Noncon, Bestiality/Zoopilia, Necrophilia, CP/Underage pedopilic art)

Characters labeled with transphobic & intersexist fetish slurs (ie. h*rm, fut@, shem@le, cuntb0y, tr@p, etc) Or content fetishizing trans & intersex groups. If I see it anywhere I will not let you receive any art from me and you will be Blocked and Blacklisted

I will never, ever do nsfw or kink art/commissions of underaged characters /characters designed to look child-like. Including teen appearing characters, characters who appear pre-pubescent; or characters who otherwise can be definitively and reasonably identified as minors. If I see pedophilic/Underage/Map art/content or general CP Centric content anywhere or you defend it you will be Blocked and Blacklisted

Proshipping if it includes/excuses any of the above mentioned. (Ie. Incest, Pedophilia) If I see it anywhere/ you label yourself as it/ defend it you will be Blocked and Blacklisted

My romantic and Nsfw art isn't for CisWomen who are into "Yaoi/BL/Danmei" If your a CisWomen who fetishizes gay male relationships my art isn't made for you to fetishize and project yourself into. My art is gay art made for myself and for other gay men and transmasc people. My art is not "BL" do not refer to it as that or you will be Blocked, I will never take commissions for anything called that or characters from any "Yaoi/BL/Danmei"

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.
